It made our trip to Ruskin a such wonderful experience. The venue was clean and the staff were super-friendly and extremely accommodating. Marvellous location on the white sand private beach was a plus.

The location was stunning away from other touristy areas. The room was decent size and pleasantly decorated, had lovely views and featured a living room, an adjoining terrace and a dining table.

Overall the room is spotless, new-fashioned and includes a living room, a comfortable couch and a carpet. The location is secluded. The service is friendly, includes great parking. The staff are exceptionally nice and exceptional.

The room was decent sized and nice looking, there were it's own balcony, a sitting area, and a chair. The service was great and the food was delicious.

The location was great for exploring this beautiful area, just next door to Tampa in Ruskin, FL and a perfect area, Ruskin, Florida which is a convenient drive to Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater and harbor and great day and night views of St Pete. I was satisfied with the spotless and updated room, there were a shower and a hairdryer just in case.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, being near the water and within walking distance to a great restaurant. The room was spacious and bright, with a clean bathroom that had an amazing corner shower. The parking area was gated and well-lighted, providing extra security. The key card access points throughout the hotel were also a great feature. my stay was peaceful, relaxing, and very comfortable.

The positives include great and beautiful location and parking on site. The rooms are reasonably spacious and include a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

The hotel offers beautiful and particularly good location in Tampa & Clearwater beach. The room is reasonably priced. The staff is amiable, superfriendly. Every time in Ruskin we stay in this property.

The room was accommodating and quiet. Staff was helpful. Property was beautiful. Onsite restaurants were fantastic. Facilities were nice. Bed was comfortable. Pool and private beach were clean. AC was easy and quiet.

The hotel's position was great and stunning, really close to beach restaurant and good restaurants within walking distance. Our a double room was updated out on the patio in the other upstairs bedroom.

It was in a stunning and beautiful location not far from a real beach as well as the Tampa Bay Area. Also, it was 2 miles from E g Simmons Park.

The hotel was in a secluded location on the ocean. The room was well-designed & new-fashioned with appliances, a nice kitchen and a balcony.

I stayed in the room that was kept up w fresh towels or water and available with a gorgeous view and comfortable bed and all the plates. The breakfast was not expensive and delicious, a wide range of reasonably priced food. The pool was heated and I had good drinks in the outdoor bar. Staff were super friendly and extremely accommodating.

Some cleanliness issues, such as dusty coffee table and visible mildew in the bathrooms. Maintenance problems, including broken hot water heater and door handle.
